What size are the booths?
All Booths are 10x10, and can be joined with adjacent booths to create a larger space.
Does the booth come with any furnishings?
No. All furnishings, including floor covering and furniture must be either purchased through Freeman Decorating, or brought with you. The exhibition hall will be carpeted, but for any exhibitor with vehicles or food preparation plastic floor covering will be required.
Will there be any lead retrieval systems at this tradeshow?
We have selected to not to lead retrieval for 2010.
Will there be a list of attendees available?
Yes, there will be a list of attendees available to exhibitors only upon request.
I do not want to exhibit, but would like to walk the floor.
If you are a petroleum marketers, convenience store owner or petroleum transporter, you should register through the attendee sign up page. If you are eligible to exhibit, you may attend the show, but for the price of a nonpriority booth. $1,100 for Members and $1,400 for Non Members. This includes admission and lunch tickets for four people.
What comes with my contract to exhibit.
You will receive four badges (upon request), four tickets for the Monday tradeshow lunch, and are permitted to attend the cocktail reception that will take place on the tradeshow floor.
How can I attend the Breakfast / Opening Session / Workshop / Tuesday Night Reception Banquet?
If you would like to attend all convention events, Click through to the exhibitor's Convention Registration page and select the Full Registration. If you want to attend only the banquet, you may purchase tickets on the same page. Convention registration does not include tennis or golf. Breakfast / Opening session tickets will be sold on site.
How many people attend the tradeshow?
There are anywhere from 1,000 to 2,000 people on the tradeshow floor at any one time during the event.
How many exhibitors attend the tradeshow?
Previous shows have had an average of 200 companies exhibiting.
What will the 2011 floorplan look like?
The 2011 Floorplan will be available for viewing after July 10th, 2010.
